TOK gear is directly made and shipped in the U.S.A. 

Free Shipping on orders $100 + in the USA ONLY

Holiday order deadline is OCTOBER 15 - to guarantee delivery by Christmas  (Tale of Knives is not responsible for lost/delayed packages)

RTS accessory or pocket gear ships in 7-14 business days.

RTS belt gear ships within 10-14  business days.

All other gear has a 4-6 week production time from date of order.

Due to a high volume of orders, our current production time is 4-6 weeks. We appreciate your patience while we create your gear. (as of 08/06/2021)

We ship USPS. Because of COVID, USPS has a significant delay in normal shipping time for mail delivery. Please take the delayed shipping time into account when expecting a package from us.  

INTERNATIONAL shipping has been put back in place for Australia, United Kingdom and Germany. After our initial production time for 6/8 weeks please allow another 4/8 weeks to receive your item per destination. Shipping time may vary per country. Once your item is shipped, Tale of Knives has no control over this time frame, take into mind destination, customs and local issues among the COVID pandemic, which is causing these significant delays. TOK is not responsible for any duties, fees or taxes associated to your purchase upon shipment/delivery.

-Current turnaround time?

  • as of 02/09/2021 12:00 am. PST - turnaround time from order to ship date is 4-6  weeks from order to ship date. Some orders may require signature confirmation, to be determined by Tale of Knives at time of shipping. 

-Are the tools included with the gear?

  • No! Accent your carry with your personal gear and keep your carry unique.

-Do you accept returns?

  • Yes and no. Please see our return details in the link or your purchase order to see what we accept as far as refunds. All items are customized and handmade, returns are limited.

-Do you accept exchanges?
  • No, we do not accept exchanges. 

-Do we ship Internationally?

  • Please see shipping at checkout, we do ship to some countries outside of the US.  TOK is not responsible for any duties, fees or taxes associated to your purchase upon shipment/delivery. 

Some friendly reminders about our leather gear:

  • Every leather hide is unique, each hide having their own scars or blemishes that add to the one of a kind item aspect of handmade leather goods. 
  • Each item that is made may have its own unique characteristics given they are made from full grain vegetable tanned hides ie. slight color differences, blemishes or small scars.
  • Colors may vary slightly from one hide to the next.
