"Refund/Return Policy and Cancellation" we do not do exchanges.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: a 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund for cancellations if requested 7 days after purchase.
Returns: a return email can be requested within 3 days of receiving the item, item must be new and unused. A restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivered order.
You are entitled to a return within 3 days of receiving item (Domestic US and Canada) if terms follow our return policy as followed:
Our return policy is: We only accept returns on thread options of black or brown, non custom request items. Item must be NEW, UNUSED condition. Return must be requested via email after confirmation product is unused, via pictures received. Items returned without confirmation are subject up to a 50% restocking fee.
- 1.75 inch belt loops are considered a custom item and are not returnable.
Expedite Order is a NON Refundable service/purchase.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping coverage. As every item is made to order by buyer preference, we charge up to a 30% restocking fee on any return (to be determined by Tale of Knives at acceptance of returned product).
-No custom initial items can be returned.
-All sale items are final.
-Shipping is non-refundable.
Tale of Knives is not responsible for lost items, wrong shipping address or International country custom/duty fees.
Tale of Knives is not responsible or liable for lost goods returned for repairs or warranty. Customer is responsible for insuring and shipping to the correct provided address.
Tale of Knives is not responsible for lost sheaths or leather gear, due to customer usage or lifestyle. All gear is recommended for closed blade carry, we do not carry fixed or open blade carry.
